Mathura and Vrindavan are two ancient and sacred cities known for their deep association with Lord Krishna, one of the most revered deities in Hinduism. These cities are important pilgrimage sites and are rich in history, culture, and spirituality.

Day 1: Delhi to Mathura

Being fairly close to the Delhi your journey for Mathura begins from here. It takes around 4 hours to reach. After reaching Mathura, you can start exploring the birth place of Lord Krishna. It has numerous temples and sacred sites. The main temple in the town is the Dwarkadheesh temple, known for its impressive architecture and intricate carvings.
Visit to Sri Krishna Janma Bhumi Temple, the birthplace of Lord Krishna. The temple complex includes the prison cell where Lord Krishna was born. Head to Vishram Ghat, the spot where Lord Krishna is said to have rested after a long journey from his birthplace in Mathura to the town of Vrindavan. Other points of attraction are, Gita Mandir, the temple’s exterior is adorned with beautiful carvings and artwork, while the interior features an altar with idols of Lord Krishna and Arjuna. Also visit Radha Kund. After a long day of sightseeing, head to hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 2: Mathura to Vrindavan

Post breakfast, head to Vrindavan which is about 20-30 minutes away in distance. Vrindavan is a place associated with Lord Krishna and his beloved consort Radha. It is believed that Lord Krishna played his famous “Ras Leela” with the gopis (cowherd girls) and performed various miracles.
Visit the Banke Bihari Temple, known for its unique deity and lively atmosphere. Then head to Madan Mohan Temple which is one of the oldest temples in Vrindavan. Then visit to Sri Radha Raman Temple. You will then be visiting stunning temple made of white marble known as Prem Mandir. Also witness the beauty of ISKCON temple and Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir. In the evening return to Mathura for an overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 3: Mathura to Delhi

After relishing your breakfast, board Volvo bus for your return journey to Delhi. Upon your arrival in Delhi proceed to your onward journey.
