Day 01: Rishikesh → Lohajung (2,300 m)
Drive: 9–10 hours
Start early from Rishikesh and travel through Devprayag, Rudraprayag, and Karnaprayag.
Enjoy the changing scenery—from river valleys to dense forests and high mountain roads.
Reach Lohajung, the base village of Brahmatal Trek.
Evening acclimatization walk + trek briefing.
Overnight stay in guesthouse/homestay.
Day 02: Lohajung → Bekaltal (3,000 m)
Trek: 6 km | 4–5 hours
The trail begins with a gradual climb through oak and rhododendron forests.
Pass small clearings and viewpoints overlooking the valley.
Reach Bekaltal, a calm lake nestled inside a thick forest.
The lake often partially freezes in winter.
Overnight stay in camps near Bekaltal.
Day 03: Bekaltal → Brahmatal (3,400 m)
Trek: 7 km | 4–5 hours
Steady ascent through dense forest opens into snow-covered trails (Dec–Feb).
Continue towards Brahmatal Lake, a sacred high-altitude lake.
The campsite offers early views of Trishul and Nanda Ghunti peaks.
Magical sunsets here are one of the trek’s highlights.
Overnight stay in camps.
Day 04: Brahmatal → Brahmatal Pass (3,720 m) → Return to Brahmatal
Trek: 7–8 km round trip | 5–7 hours
Begin early to climb towards Brahmatal Pass, the highest point of the trek.
As you gain altitude, the panoramic window of the Himalayas opens up:
Mt. Trishul, Nanda Ghunti, Chaukhamba, Hathi–Ghoda Peaks
From the pass, enjoy sweeping views of valley ridgelines and snow-covered landscapes.
Descend back to Brahmatal campsite.
Overnight stay in camps.
Day 05: Brahmatal → Lohajung → Stay
Trek: 6–7 km | 4–5 hours
Reach Lohajung by afternoon. spend the night in Lohajung.
Overnight in Lohajung (depending on your plan).
Day 06: Lohajung → Rishikesh
Drive: 9–10 hours
Scenic drive back through confluences and Himalayan valleys.
Reach Rishikesh by evening and complete your trip
